Year 7 students tell us what they love about their book club.

                                   

'Book club is a perfect way to relax on Monday lunchtime, talking about books (and eating biscuits). Miss Mayer Khan runs it and you can guarantee it will be really fun each week. Book club also allows you to go on computers that the rest of the school are not allowed to go on, and there are some opportunities when you can get a free book. You get so many options of what to do each week. You can meet authors, read books, do quizzes and have Christmas parties.'  Lilia Prowse 7E

'If you love books then this is the place for you. Things that book club do include reading a book together, watching a film, and we have already met Tamsyn Murray for an exclusive interview. So, in summary, book club is fun and you get to do lots of cool stuff. I like it because I love reading.' Ella Neal 7A
